Clean Go

The Coral Cleango is the ideal solution for self-contained source capture of light to medium duty weld fumes and other airborne contaminants in the workplace. This portable, compact fume collector offers simple 110-volt plug-n-go convenience. The Clean Go is designed using state-of-the art technology in source capture and is a powerful, low-maintenance solution for even tough weld fumes. The Cleango comes standard with the Dynaflex completely articulated, extendable extraction arm, capable of full 360° rotation and can be easily positioned to remove smoke and particulate before it contaminates the operator’s breathing zone.

Grindex DF

The Coral Grindex is a portable cartridge filter dust and fume collector specifically designed to capture grinding and deburring dust at the source which keeps the operator and nearby workers’ breathing zone clear of dangerous dust and particles. Included is a fully AUTOMATIC compressed air cleaning system – exclusive of Coral design and like no others in its class. The Grindex also comes standard with a spark trap system and a stainless steel container that can be filled with water to extinguish any residual sparks.

Iperjet DF

The Coral Iperjet DF is equipped with horizontal filter cartridges suitable for suction and filtration of welding fumes, fine and coarse dusts as well as small quantities of chips, dusts/fumes from thermic cutting. Great for grinding, deburring, laser cutting, welding, marking, and much more. The Iperjet filters and separates the larger particles into the collection bin and the remaining dust is then filtered through the high-efficiency cartridge filters. While the high-performance fan, placed just on the top of the unit, assures a high suction capacity and a low noise level. Due to the pneumatic adjustable cleaning system (with compressed air) the perfect efficiency of the cartridges is achieved.

We do a lot of machining including a lot of hard turning and use high pressure coolant. This creates a tremendous amount of mist and we were very concerned about the operators breathing in the mist.
